Terms and Conditions Content

By creating a TruckerConnections account, sending a wave, messaging a verified member, or browsing the road activity feed, you agree to the Terms below. If you don't agree, don't register an account. The agreement is between you and TruckerConnections ("we," "us," "the platform"). These Terms apply to every CDL driver, owner-operator, partner, and member who interacts with the service from any US state - Texas to Wyoming, coast to coast.

1. Eligibility - 18+ Only

By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age, have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract in your state of residence, and are not barred from using a dating platform under applicable law. We may request age verification at any time and may suspend accounts pending review.

2. Member Conduct and Community Rules

This community works because drivers and partners hold each other to a straightforward standard: honesty, respect, and real intentions. By using TruckerConnections, you agree to the following expectations.

1. Be Honest in Your Profile

   Use a current photo of yourself, accurate age, real location or home base, and an honest description of your job and intentions. No catfishing, no fake identities, no pretending to be a trucker if you're not - and vice versa.

2. Treat Every Member with Respect

   No harassment, threats, slurs, or hate speech based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, body type, occupation, or political views. One driver to another - we keep it civil.

3. No Commercial Solicitation

   TruckerConnections is for personal connection, not business. Do not use the platform to recruit for trucking companies, sell services, run MLM pitches, promote cam sites, or solicit money from members.

4. Respect Privacy and Consent

   Do not share another member's photos, messages, location, or personal information outside the platform without their explicit consent. What happens in a member-to-member conversation stays between those members.

5. One Account Per Person

   Each member gets one profile. Duplicate accounts, ban evasion accounts, and accounts created on behalf of another person are not permitted and will be removed without warning.

3. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following content and conduct will result in immediate removal and may lead to permanent account termination. We don't issue many warnings here - the community depends on a clean signal.

If a behavior feels designed to extract money, personal data, or off-platform contact under pressure, it's prohibited even if it's not listed above. Use common sense - and report it.

4. Reporting Violations and Account Termination

We rely on members to flag bad actors quickly. Every profile and message includes a Report button. Reports are reviewed by human moderators - not just algorithms - usually within 24 hours. Repeat reporters and verified members get priority queue position. For urgent issues involving suspected fraud or threats, email [email protected]. How Account Termination Works

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that violates these Terms - with or without prior notice - at our sole discretion. Common termination triggers include unverified identity after a verification request, three or more credible member reports, confirmed scam or fraud activity, underage use, and harassment of staff or members. Premium subscribers whose accounts are terminated for cause are not entitled to a refund of unused subscription time.

You may also terminate your account at any time from the Settings panel. Upon termination, your profile is removed from public view immediately; backups and logs are retained per our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

5. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

TruckerConnections is a platform that connects adults - we are not a matchmaker, background-check service, or guarantor of any member's character or intentions. While we verify photos and moderate content, we cannot guarantee that every member is who they claim to be. You agree to use the platform at your own risk and to take reasonable safety precautions, including those described in our Safety Tips guidance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruckerConnections, its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, your interactions with other members, or any meeting that occurs off-platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and TruckerConnections waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Either party may bring small-claims court actions individually.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you don't agree to the updated Terms, close your account before the effective date.
